RETURNS

PoopBags.US has a No Questions Asked refund policy for products returned within 30 days of purchase.  Merchandise must be returned unused and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping any and all returns. Returns will be inspected and processed within 72 hours of receipt and full refunds will be credited to customers’ original payment method within 7 days.  PLEASE NOTE: Some credit card companies may take up to 10 business days to process refunds and apply them to your account.

Q. I have a large yard. Do I really need to buy dog waste bags?

A. Yes! You want to keep your dog healthy and part of ensuring his health is ensuring that he spends his time in a healthy environment.  When your dog expels waste, that waste contains bacteria and sometimes event parasites.  It is possible for him be re-infected over and over again with the same bacteria that he expels if it is not properly removed and disposed of with a dog poop bag.

Q. My dog expels waste on walks away from home so he won’t be re-infected.

A. No, but other dogs may.  Part of being a responsible dog owner is cleaning up after your dog.  It is unlawful in some communities not to clean up your dog’s poop. Besides, you want to be a good neighbor, right?

Q. Will my financial information be safe?

A. Absolutely.   We are a PayPal verified merchant and all payments are processed using PayPal.  We do not have access to your financial information.  We do this so that you have the freedom to order from PoopBags.US with the assurance that your payment will be processed securely and accurately.

Q. What if I’m not happy with my purchase?

A. While we want your business, it is important to us that we develop mutually beneficial relationships with our customers.  In the event you make a purchase and are not satisfied with that purchase, you can return the merchandise for a full refund as long as the following criteria are met:

•           Returned merchandise is in new, unused condition

•           Returned merchandise is in the original packaging

•           Returned merchandise passes a product inspection

Customer are responsible for paying the shipping cost on all returns.  Refunds will be processed within 7 days of passing the inspection.
